The Works Include: Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building With A Garage Built On The Ground Floor With Internal Installations: Water And Sewage, Central Heating, Ventilation, Electricity, Photovoltaic, External Installations: Sanitary Sewage System, Storm Sewage System, Electrical, Telecommunications, Tight Retention Tank, Access, Access Roads, Parking Spaces, Along With Reconstruction Of A Section Of The Low-Voltage Power Line Along With Land Development On Plot No.: 2386/48 At Ul. Karolina In Bochnia. The Building Is A 4-Story, Multi-Family Residential Building In The Form Of A Municipal Building With 21 Residential Premises. The Building Does Not Contain Any Commercial Premises. The Facility Is Adapted To The Needs Of Disabled People. The Works Are To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Building Permit Decision.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works And Deliver Equipment To The Construction Site In A Manner That Does Not Cause Any Nuisance. The Contractor Is Responsible For All Damage Occurring In The Field And On Structures Adjacent To The Investment, And In The Event Of Any Damage Or Destruction, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Repair The Damage. It Is Recommended To Perform A Detailed Descriptive And Photographic Inventory Of The Adjacent Area And Facilities Potentially Exposed To The Impact Of Construction And Access.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 3) Bills Of Quantities, 4) Draft Provisions Of The Contract.5. In Order To Properly Prepare The Offer, The Ordering Party Recommends Conducting A Site Visit.
