The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Sports Complex Which Will Include: A Football Pitch, A Multi-Purpose Pitch, An Additional Skate Park, Sanitary And Cloakroom Facilities Along With Landscaping (Small Architecture, Parking Spaces, Access Roads, Fencing, Ball Catches, Monitoring, Lighting, Bicycle Racks) In Bratkowice For Plot No. 6830, Precinct 0002 Bratkowice. The Complex Should Be Designed In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Orlik Sports Complex Construction Program - Edition 2025.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 2 Stages Of Implementation: 1) Stage I - Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Together With The Notification Of Construction Works Or A Building Permit. Obtaining A Notification Or A Valid Building Permit. The Contractor Will Ensure The Designers Supervision Throughout The Entire Period Of Construction Works. 2) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended) Along With Land Development Based On The Developed Technical Documentation Along With Full Surveying Services And As-Built Inventory. 3. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes All Works Falling Within The Scope Of The Investment Project, Starting From The Preparation Of Design Documentation, Obtaining A Building Permit And Implementation Of Construction Works, Up To The Development Of An As-Built Geodetic Inventory And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. 4. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 4.1. Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining A Building Permit, In Particular To: 1) Prepare A Situational And Height Map For Design Purposes, Certified By The Competent Authority, On A Scale Of 1:500, 2) Obtain All Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions And Permits Necessary For The Design, Construction, Commissioning And Handover Of The Facility, 3) Preparation Of Design Documentation, Including: Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design, Technical Specifications For Construction And Acceptance Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities, Investors Cost Estimate, 4) Appointing A Construction Manager, 5) Developing A Safety And Health Protection Plan, 6) Obtaining And Maintaining The Construction Log, 7) Developing Instructions For The Operation And Maintenance Of Equipment, 8) Preparing As-Built Documentation Along With The Necessary Descriptions In The Scope And Form As In The Design Documentation, The Content Of Which Will Present The Works As They Were Carried Out By The Contractor And Preparing As-Built Geodetic Documentation, Including The Resources Surveying Of The Surveying Department Of The District Office In Rzeszów,9) Ensuring Inspections And Maintenance Services During The Warranty Period For The Period Specified In The Contract;10) The Contrac
