1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Titled: Renovation Of Wall Insulation Repairs Together With Accompanying Works In The Public Building Of The Property At Ul. T. Kościuszki 5 In Police, Administered By The Municipal And Housing Management Department In Police2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Annex No. 13 To The Swz, Design Documentation, Constituting Annex 12 To The Swz, Guidelines For The Organization And Execution Of Works, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz, And Additionally, Bills Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.3. All Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Detailed Requirements Referred To In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitutes Annex No. 12 To The Swz. The Contractor Must Notify Any Utility Shutdowns In Advance In Writing To The Ordering Party And Obtain His Consent.4. The Proper Names Given In The Documentation Are Examples Only. The Ordering Party Has Exercised Due Diligence To Eliminate All Proper Names From The Order Documents. However, If The Procurement Documents Include An Indication Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor (Proper Names) And The Ordering Party Has Not Specified The Equivalence Criteria Referred To In Article 99(6) Of The Public Procurement Law, They Should Be Treated As Null And Void. Due To The Above, The Ordering Party Does Not Require That The Subject Of The Order Be Implemented Using The Indicated Materials And Equivalent Products. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Intended Only To Clarify The Level Of The Ordering Partys Expectations In Relation To A Specific Solution And Is Of An Exemplary Nature Only.5. If The Documentation Of The Proceedings Contains References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, Equivalent Solutions Are Allowed. If Equivalent Solutions Are Offered, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Description Of The Equivalent Solutions With The Offer And Demonstrate That They Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. Whenever In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract There Are References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Words Or Equivalent Are Added After Them.6. Materials And Devices Equivalent To Those Referred To In The Documentation Are Allowed. Equivalent Materials And Devices, In Accordance With Their Definition, Must Have Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated, For Example, In The Design Documentation And In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.
