The Ordering Party Is Applying For Funding From The General Subsidy Reserve For The Implementation Of Construction Works Covered By Part 1 Of The Order.3. Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure In The Scope Of Part 1, If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It.4. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Part 1 Of The Order Is: Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order With Annexes.5. The Required Warranty Period For Part 1 Of The Order Is 60 Months.
