The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu) And The Construction Of A Covered Stationary Ice Rink With Dimensions Of 26 M × 60 M Along With Infrastructure And Land Development On Plot No. 2006 (Before The Division 618/107), Plewiska Precinct, Komorniki Commune, Poznań Poviat, In The Design And Build It.”2. The Ice Rink Should Be Made Of A Steel Structure With An Arched Roof And A Pvc Tent Coating, With An Ice Rink Surface Measuring 20 M × 40 M Using Frosted Concrete Slab Technology With Removable Boards. 3. The Detailed Scope Of Works According To Which The Work Should Be Performed Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract.4. The Contractors Duties Include, Among Others: Carrying Out Detailed Ground Tests, Making Arrangements With Experts For Sanitary And Hygienic Matters, Fire Protection, Occupational Health And Safety, At The Stage Of Construction And Executive Design, Agreeing With The Ordering Party On All Functional, Aesthetic, Material And Technical Solutions In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Ffu And Separate Regulations And Guidelines Related To The Subject Of The Order, Submitting Complete Design Documentation To The Ordering Party For Approval Before Submitting It To The Office To Obtain A Building Permit, As Well As Obtaining Appropriate Approvals And Permits In Accordance With Applicable Law To The Extent Related To The Planned Project.5. Design Documentation Should In Particular Include The Following Studies: - Architectural Design (Construction, Technical/Executive Design), - Structural Design (Construction, Technical/Executive Design), - Road Design Including The Construction Of Internal Communication And Parking Lots (Construction, Technical And Executive Design), - Sanitary Installations Design (Construction, Technical/Executive Design), - External Network Designs (Construction And Executive Design), - Electrical Installations Design (Construction, Technical/Executive Design), - Installation Design Telecommunications (Construction, Technical/Executive Design), - Design Of Fire Protection Installations (Construction, Technical/Executive Design), - Investor Cost Estimates, - Bioz Information, - Other Engineering Studies, If Required To Perform The Task.6. The Contractors Task Will Also Be To Perform A Geodetic Inventory, Provide Specialist Supervision, Construction Insurance, Obtain A Valid Building Permit, Prepare As-Built Documentation In Two Copies In Paper And Electronic Versions On A Pendrive And Forward It To The Ordering Party, Exercise Authors Supervision Over Construction Works Performed On The Basis Of The Developed Design Documentation, And Accept The Facilities With External Services. 7.
