1. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Development Of The Area As Part Of The Task Development Of The Pond Area In Modliszewo. The Study Area Includes The Entire Plot No. 32/7, Part Of Plot No. 31 And Part Of Plot No. 32/6. The Scope Of The Project Includes: Land Development, Construction Of Piers, Cleaning Of Banks, Construction Of Paths, Renovation Of Stairs, Furnishing The Area With Small Architecture. Designs The Development Of The Area By Constructing Two Piers P1 And P2 And Cleaning The Banks Of The Pond. It Is Planned To Renovate The Existing Stairs Located In The Eastern Part Of The Pond, Build An Ecological And Educational Path - Build 3 Educational Boards (A Puzzle And Two Boards), Two Floating Houses For Ducks Are Planned To Be Built On The Pond. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Was Described In The Design Documentation As Stage I. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply Environmental And Social Aspects, Including: Minimizing The Level Of Pollutant Emissions, Noise, Water And Electricity Consumption, Removing From The Construction Site All Waste And Packaging Generated During The Performance Of The Works And Disposing Of Them. The Existing Trees Should Be Preserved As Much As Possible. Moreover, The Contractor Is Obliged To Embed The Material Resulting From The Cleaning In Consultation With The Ordering Party In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party (Facility Area). The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Is Indicated In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
