The Tender Procedure Is Being Carried Out For The Fourth Time.2. The Investment Task Includes: - Demolition Works, - Construction Of A New Synthetic Surface On A Stone Base, - Installation Of Gates, - Construction Of Ball Catchers, - Installation Of Small Architectural Objects, - Construction Of A Sidewalk And Concrete Strips, - Construction Of Green Areas.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Pzp.4 Act. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Design Documentation.5. The Bill Of Quantities Is Included In Annex No. 2A To Swz.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With All Documents Enabling The Acceptance Of The Investment.7. If The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation, In Particular Annex No. 2 And Annex No. 2A To The Swz, By Indicating The Technology, Manufacturer, Proper Names, Trademarks Or Origin Of Devices And Materials, Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Informs That They Are Only Of Auxiliary Nature For Determining The Basic Parameters And Features Of The Materials Used. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions While Maintaining The Same Technical, Technological, Quality And Functional Standards. Equivalent Products Should Be Understood As Devices And Materials Having No Worse Technical Parameters And The Same Functional Features As The Specific Product Indicated By Name Or Origin. The Use Of Equivalent Products Cannot In Any Way Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Technical Solutions. A List Of Equivalent Solutions Used And Accepted By The Contractor For The Valuation Of Materials Or Equipment Must Be Attached To The Offer, If Such A Situation Occurs. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 And 6 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Who Relies On Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies, Services Or Construction Works Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
