Tenders Are Invited For Providing Shelter In A Shelter For Homeless People With Care Services To The Charges Of The Municipal And Commune Social Welfare Center In The Piaseczno Commune.
Providing Shelter To People Deprived Of It Is A Non-Monetary Benefit From Social Assistance. This Form Of Assistance Is Provided On The Basis Of Art. 48 And 48A Of The Act Of March 12, 2004. On Social Assistance (Journal Of Laws 2026, Item 639, As Amended). Shelter Is Provided By Temporarily Granting A Homeless Person Temporary Shelter In The Situation Of A Disabled Person In A Shelter With Care Services. The Standards Of Basic Services Provided In Shelters For Homeless People And The Minimum Standard Of Facilities In Which Shelters For Homeless People Are Located Are Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 On Minimum Standards For Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Rooms (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 896).
