The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of 11,000 Pieces Of Consumables (Knives/Counters/Cassettes), Along With The Lease Of 2 Welding Machines For Sterile Connection Of Drains Over A Period Of 12 Months. The Consumables Offered By The Contractor (Knives/Counters/Cassettes) Must Be Fully Compatible With The Leased Devices. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To Swz - Opz. 3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Shape The Final Delivery Amount Depending On Actual Needs, Therefore It Is Expected To Increase The Scope Of Deliveries By A Maximum Of 10% In Relation To The Basic Value, And To Reduce The Scope Of Deliveries By A Maximum Of 10% In Relation To The Basic Value. 4. The Minimum Guaranteed Scope Of Supplies Is 9,900 Pcs Of Consumables. 5. Successive Deliveries Will Be Made Within 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 6. The Cost Of Renting The Welding Machine Will Be Charged From The Date Of Performing All Activities Allowing The Device To Operate. 7. Other Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Contract Template.
