The Subject Of The Order Is The Rental Service Of Construction Equipment Along With Operator Support For Work Related To The Ongoing Maintenance Of District And Voivodeship Roads In The Zawiercie District. 2. The Place Of Provision Of Services Is The Area Where Road Circuits Operate In The Zawiercie Poviat, I.E. In The Communes Of Zawiercie, Poręba, Łazy, Włodowice, Ogrodzieniec, Szczekociny, Irządze, Kroczyce, Pilica And Żarnowiec.3. Within The Scope Of The Basic Order, The Ordering Party Has Determined The Following Number Of Man-Hours For Renting Individual Types Of Equipment Units: 1/ Type Of Equipment Unit: Truck (Dump Truck) - 240 Rg 2/ Type Of Equipment Unit: Backhoe Loader - 340 Rg 3/ Type Of Equipment Unit: Lift - Aerial Lift - 120 Rg 4/ Type Of Equipment Unit: Carrier With Flail Mower - 280 Rg 5/ Type Equipment Unit: Sweeper - 120 Rg 6/ Type Of Equipment Unit: Tractor With A Head With A Circular Saw - 50 Rg 7/ Type Of Equipment Unit: Grader - 30 Rg 8/ Type Of Equipment Unit: Self-Propelled Steel Roller - 30 Rg.4. The Type Of Equipment Units Covered By The Order Along With The Required Technical Parameters, As Well As The Detailed Conditions And Method Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Were Indicated In The Draft Provisions Of The Future Contract (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz).5. Rental Services Will Be Commissioned To The Contractor Systematically, Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Rental Man-Hours Between Individual Types Of Rented Equipment, Due To The Actual Demand For Individual Services, While Maintaining The Maximum Gross Remuneration Specified In The Contract Concluded With The Selected Contractor.7. The Ordering Party Envisages Exercising The Option Right To Increase The Quantitative Scope Of The Order During The Contract Implementation Period, But By An Amount Not Exceeding 50% Of The Value Of The Basic Order Specified In The Contract Concluded With The Selected Contractor.8. The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right Will Be The Ordering Partys Right, The Use Of Which Will Result In The Contractors Obligation To Execute The Optional Order.9. The Settlement Of The Order Under The Option Right Will Be Based On The Unit Prices Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer.10. The Rented Equipment Units Must Be Operated By Qualified Persons Directed By The Contractor, Who Have The Necessary Experience And Documented Authorizations To Operate A Given Type Of Equipment, Devices And Vehicles. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Above Conditions At Every Stage Of The Implementation Of The Future Public Procurement Contract.11. The Contractor Declares That The Rented Equipment Units/Vehicles Have And Will Have, During The Term Of The Contract, Current Technical Inspections Of The Vehicle And Third Party Liability Insurance, Confirmed By Appropriate Documents. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Above Conditions At
