Municipal Adaptation Plan To Climate Change For The City Of Płońsk Should Be Consistent With Art. 18A Of The Environmental Protection Law And Guidelines For The Fenx.02.04-Iw.01-005/25 Program (Link To Https://Www.Gov.Pl/Web/Nfosigw/Fenx0204-Iw01-00525). The Contractor Should Include In The Offer A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment And The Possible Need To Prepare An Environmental Impact Forecast, If Necessary. The Contractor Will Ensure Public Participation By Organizing Two Conferences - One At The Beginning Of The Task In 2026, The Other At The End Of The Task In 2027, Printing 500 Color Leaflets In A5 Format, Stitched Along The Short Edge, With A Volume Of 8 Pages (4 Cover Pages), Including A Title Page Containing The Name Of The Task And Eu Logos And The Back Cover Containing Contact Details Of The Ordering Party, The Inside Pages Of The Cover Will Contain Photos/Information About The Investment. These Activities Should Be Planned To Reach Different Target Groups And Adapted To Different Social Groups. The Contractor Will Prepare All Documents (Announcements/Announcements) Necessary To Be Posted On The Website Of The Municipal Office In Płońsk. Moreover, The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Requirements Resulting From The Act Of April 4, 2019 On The Digital Accessibility Of Websites And Mobile Applications Of Public Entities (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 848, As Amended), Including The Guidelines Set Out In The Annex To This Act.2.
