1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Technical Emergency Services In Emergency Situations In Real Estate Administered By The Housing Management Board In Legnica.2. The Service Includes In Particular: 1) Emergency Telephone Duty For Technical Assistance In The Following Industries: General Construction, Energy, Water And Sewage, Gas And Locksmithing: A) On Working Days - From 3 P.M. To 7 A.M. The Next Day, B) On The Ordering Partys Days Off, Including Holidays And Days Off Granted For Holidays - 24 Hours A Day, I.E. Until 7:00 A.M. On The First Business Day Of The Ordering Party Following The Day Off; 2) Immediate Intervention In Connection With Reported Failures; 3) Protection Of Tenants Property, Premises And Buildings Against The Effects Of Failure, In Particular Against Flooding, Damage, Destruction Or Devastation; 4) Securing The Site Of Failure Or Damage, In Particular By: A) Emergency Cutting Off The Media Supply, B) Securing Damaged Windows, Doors, Gates, Skylights And Other Openings In The Building, C) Securing Damaged Roof Elements, Roof Coverings, Sheet Metal Flashings, Gutters And Downpipes, D) Securing Damaged Elements Of The Facade And Other Parts Of The Building That May Pose A Threat To People Or Property, E) Using Other Temporary Technical Safeguards Limiting The Effects Of The Failure Until Appropriate Repair Works Are Performed, Along With The Obligation To Notify The Ordering Party, The Manager Or Administrator Of The Building, And, If Necessary, Also The Owners Of The Utilities; 5) Responding To Calls From Rescue Services In The Event Of A Fire Or Other Accidental Events, Taking Over The Area Covered By The Action And Immediately Notifying The Ordering Party, 6) Keeping A Log Of Failure Reports, 7) Preparing A Monthly Report On Technical Emergency Duties. The Ordering Party Informs That The Total Usable Area Of The Premises And Buildings Covered By The Service Is Estimated At Approximately 244,000 M². The Indicated Amount Is Indicative And Is Used Only To Estimate The Scope Of The Order And Prepare An Offer. The Remuneration In The Proceedings Is A Lump Sum And Is Not Directly Related To The Area Of The Property. The Contractor Is Obliged To Protect The Effects Of The Failure Using Its Own Ad Hoc Materials (In Particular: Boards, Foil, Boards, Tapes, Corks, Plugs, Sealing Materials And Other Consumables Necessary To Temporarily Secure The Site Of The Incident), To The Extent Necessary To Limit Damage And Ensure The Safety Of Persons And Property. The Security Will Be Temporary And Will Not Cover Replacement Or Renovation Works. The Costs Of Ad Hoc Materials And Activities Related To The Temporary Protection Of The Site Of The Failure Are Obliged To Be Included By The Contractor In The Lump Sum Remuneration Specified In The Contract. There Is No Separate Remuneration For This. If It Is Found Necessary To Perform Specialist Services, Including The Use Of A Wuko Vehicle, Gas Emergency Service Or Lifting Equipment
