1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Provision Of Nutritional Services To Children Attending The Primary School In Białka From September 2026 To December 2027.2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Nutritional Services For Children, Consisting In Preparing And Serving All Meals From Own Products On Working Days From Monday To Friday For The Duration Of The Contract At Hours Set By The Ordering Party. In Exceptional Situations Resulting From Changes In The Organization Of The Working Day Of School Departments, The Hours Of Meals Served May Be Changed, After Prior Arrangement With The Contractor, And The Contractor Cannot Refuse To Process The Order In Accordance With The Hours Of Serving Meals Or Reporting Meal Attendance Times Set By The Ordering Party. A. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Purchase Of Necessary Products For The School And To Prepare And Deliver The Number Of Meals Ordered For A Given Day. The Contractor Is Obliged To Serve Meals In Places Designated For This Purpose. For The Purposes Of Executing The Order, The Contractor Is Provided With A Room For Serving Meals, Located Next To The Production Part, Which Is Maintained On An Ongoing Basis By The Contractor. Maintenance Involves Regular Cleaning, Replenishing Paper Napkins, Collecting Meal Residues, Regular Washing And Vacuuming Of Rooms, And Ensuring An Appropriate Level Of Cleanliness. B. The Contractor Is Obliged To Produce/Produce Meals In The Form Of Lunch In The Form Of Soup And Main Course With A Drink, As Well As In Accordance With Demand. C. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Order To Be Fulfilled Using Catering. Meals Are Required To Be Prepared On-Site At School In Existing Kitchen Facilities. For Quality, Hygiene And Sanitary Reasons, The Order Must Be Completed On-Site. D. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Necessary Equipment For The Premises And Existing Rooms In A Way That Guarantees The Possibility Of Providing The Service In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With All Required Legal Regulations Guaranteeing That The Premises Are Permitted For Use. This Applies In Particular To Refreshing The Premises In Order To Obtain The Correct Technical Condition Of The Rooms In Terms Of The Sanitary Regime Required By The State Sanitary And Epidemiological Station. E. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Services In Accordance With The Schedule Agreed With The Management Of The Primary School In Białka. F. The Number Of People Receiving Meals Is Provided As An Estimate, And The Contractor, As The Party Initiating And Coordinating The Contract, Is Obliged To Comply With The Amounts Provided By The Ordering Party. Failure To Follow Instructions And/Or Improper Execution Of The Order Releases The Ordering Party From The Obligation To Pay For Meals. Only The Quantities Agreed On A Given Day Are Valid, And Information On Attendance May Be Provided By Third Parties To The Contract
