The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Maintaining Order And Cleanliness On Real Estate Owned And Managed By Miejskie Zakład Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej Mzgm Sp. Z O. O. In Ostrów Wielkopolski (The List Of Properties With Measurements Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Contract) In The Scope Of Work Including: 1) Every Day On Working Days, Removal (Sweeping, Collecting) Of Waste From The Property Areas, I.E.: • Passages, • Gates, Internal Roads In The Estate, In Particular The Curbside Part In Order To Secure The Patency Of Rainwater Runoff, • Sandboxes, • Internal And External Sidewalks, • Bands Around The Building, • Garbage Bins, • Grassy Areas And Bushes2) Maintaining Cleanliness Of Basement Corridors, Laundry Rooms, Drying Rooms, Trolley Rooms And Attics (Cleaning Once Every Two Months), Along With Cleaning Rooms After A Sewage Failure, With Response Within Two Hours Of Receiving Information About Its Occurrence. The Client Is Obliged To Provide A Document Confirming The Performance Of The Service, Signed Legibly By At Least 1 Tenant With The Date Of Completion. 3) Washing Windows In Staircases And Common Rooms Twice A Year (Before Christmas And Easter), Including Windows That Cannot Be Opened From The Inside And Outside As Part Of An Additional Agreement With The Contractor. The Client Is Obliged To Submit A Schedule Indicating The Date And Location Where The Above-Mentioned Activities Will Be Performed, Within 2 Weeks Preceding The Date Of Their Performance, And Provide A Document Confirming The Performance Of The Service, Signed Legibly By At Least 1 Tenant With The Date Of Performance, Which Is A Condition For Receiving Payment.4) Cleaning Of Garbage Lines After Each Waste Collection And Informing The Manager (Mzgm) About The Need To Additionally Empty Garbage Containers.5) Maintaining Notice Boards (Showcases) In Staircases And On The Serviced Property In Proper Condition And Clean - Removing Outdated Notices And, At The Request Of The Client, Hanging New Ones.6) Removing From The Building And Common Rooms Notices, Posters, Placards Placed Without The Clients Consent.7) Hanging Flags On Buildings During Public Holidays.8) Taking Care Of Green Areas, Consisting Of:• Keeping Alleys In Good Condition. (Weeding, Removing Impurities) In The Period From Spring To Autumn, • Weeding Flower Beds And Flower Beds As Needed, At Least Once A Month From April To October, Loosening The Soil In Flower Beds - Once A Year, • Digging Up Trampled Areas And Sowing With Grass (Material Agreed With The Ordering Party) - Once A Year In Early Spring.9) Maintenance Of Green Areas: • Cutting Hedges As Needed, No Less Than Twice A Year (In May And September), • Mowing Lawns In Spring And Summer At Least Twice A Month, In Autumn And Winter As Needed, Along With Raking And Removing Mown Grass, • Raking Fallen Leaves As Needed, Not Less Than Three Times A Year And Removing The Material, • X-Raying Bushes And Cutting Out Root Suckers And Cli
