Gvb Infra Bv Is Currently Faced With The Task Of Outsourcing The Civil Works In And Around The Tram Track To An External Party From January 1, 2027, Which Must Take Sustainability Aspects Into Account. Gvb Considers This Aspect To Be Of Great Importance From A Social Point Of View, Now And For The Future. A New Agreement With An External Party Should Therefore Provide For This Progressive Ambition. The Sustainability Objectives For Emission Reduction, Zero Emissions And Circularity Of The Municipality Of Amsterdam And The Vra In 2030 And 2035 Are Included Within The Term Of The Agreement And Are Relevant To The Scope Of This Tender. See The Selection Guidelines. This Gvb Tender Focuses On Civil Work In And Around The Tram Infrastructure Under The Multi-Year Maintenance Plan (Mop). This Results In The Daily Maintenance (Do), The Emergency Service (Cd) And Multi-Year Replacement Projects (Mvp) In Greater Amsterdam. Gvb Manages 500 Tram Stops And Approximately 200 Km Of Tram Track On Behalf Of The Vra. To Guarantee The Operation Of Trams, It Is Necessary That Periodic, And In Some Cases Urgent, Maintenance Is Carried Out On The Tram Track Pavements. This Includes: • Breaking Up/Laying Paving; • Breaking Up/Applying Asphalt In Tram Track Or Roadway; • Remove And/Or Re-Lay Tramway Slabs; • Installing Pvc Pipes For The Drainage Of Rainwater And For Cables And Pipes; • Construct A Sub-Track (Cunet) Of The Tram Track Foundation; • Removal/Installation Of Concrete Tram Track Foundation (Underbed); • Removing/Installing Concrete Tram Track Paving Between The Rails; • Casting Track Parts; • Installing, Maintaining And Removing Temporary Traffic Measures: Barriers, Diversion Signs, Etc. • Various Civil Works Next To And Around The Tram Track.
