We Are Asking For A Quote For The Construction Work Of The Site In Accordance With The Attached Documents:• Protective Measures• Work To Improve The Drainage Of Surface And Rainwater• Window Replacement And Maintenance Work• Demolition Of Old Surface Equipment, Moldings And Technical Boxes• Ventilation Equipment And System Repair Work• Cleaning After Demolition Work• Intermediate Cleaning After Dusty Work Phases• Washing/Cleaning Of Surfaces To Be Sealed• Sealing Repairs For The Base And Wall Surfaces• Measures To Ensure Tightness (Marker Tests)• Moisture Damage Repairs For The Inner Ceiling Of The Library Hall• Re-Installations And Repairs• Final Cleaning All The Work Mentioned Above, In Accordance With The Request For Quotation And Plans. Transfers, Transportation, Renovation Work, Protection, Storage, As Well As On-Site Delivery And On-Site Installation Belong To The Contractor. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Occupational Safety Measures Related To His Own Performance. All Necessary Racks And Hoists Are Part Of The Contract. The Contractor Must Ensure That The Required Official Requirements Are Met In All Situations (E.G. Exit Routes, Safety And Fire Safety Issues Are In Order).
