Marmitex Marmitex Will Consist Of: 250Gr Of Rice, 150Gr Of Beans, 100Gr Of Vegetables (In Sauce Or Cooked), 200Gr Of Protein Of Animal Origin (Boiled, Fried, Roasted Or In Sauce), 150Gr Of Another Carbohydrate (Ex: Sweet Potato, Potato, Macaroni Or Cassava) And 180Gr Of Raw Salad Composed Of 02 Options (01 Vegetable Or Legume And 01 Fruit). The Winning Company Should Be Able To Align Itself With The Menu Of The Day, As Long As It Meets The Specifications. The Salad Must Be Delivered In A Separate Salad Bowl From The Rest Of The Hot Food, With 850 Grams Of Hot Food In The Marmitex And 180 Grams Of Cold Food In The Salad Bowl. Sturdy Cutlery And Sachet Salt Must Be Provided. Supply Must Occur Every Day Of The Week, Including Weekends And Holidays, As Required By The City Hall. On Saturdays, Sundays And Public Holidays, The Winning Company Must Be Duly Informed By The Requester Three Business Days In Advance.
