Expression of Interest for Monitoring and Evaluation Consultancy Services for Eswatini Road Infrastructure Improvement Programme (Eriip) Phase 1 The objective of the Monitoring and Evaluation consultancy services is to provide technical support to the Executing Agency in monitoring the programme by establishing a digital M&E system based on the M&E Framework and assess the outcomes and the impacts of the programme, establish the baseline situation for the outcome and impact indicators of the programme. It is to develop a functional automated M&E system, undertake surveys to assess outcome indicators namely, travel time, transport costs and trade volumes, undertake evaluation of the project at mid and end-term of project implementation. The consultancy services will also include training the Programme Implementation Unit in the operation of the M&E system to be developed under this consultancy. 3. The duration of the assignment is Eight (8) months spread over the duration of the programme. 4. The Roads Department of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport now invites eligible Consultants to indicate their interest in conduct these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services by providing (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.).
