This Rfq Is An Invitation To Submit Offers For The Provision Of One (1) New Battery Testing Chamber, To Be Delivered On Or Before December 18, 2026, As The Purchase Is Based On Grant Funding With A Fixed Expiry Date.The System Must Be Compatible With The Following Minimum Specifications: 1.Technical Performance Requirementsthe System Shall Provide A Minimum Usable Chamber Volume Of Approximately 35 Cubic Feet And Operate Over A Temperature Range From −70°C To +180°C. The System Shall Also:(A)Support A Minimum Live Load Capacity Of 3.5 Kw At −40°C(B)Support A Humidity Range From 10% To 95% Rh(C)Accommodate Testing Of Battery Cells, Modules, And Packs Under Powered Conditions(D)Be Suitable For Testing Lithium Ion And Lead Acid Battery Chemistries(E)Achieve A Heat-Up Rate Of At Least 9°C Per Minute(F)Achieve A Cool-Down Rate Of At Least 6°C Per Minute(G)Be Certified For Use In Canada And Shall Bear A Permanent Certification Mark On The Equipment(H)Include Humidity Control With An External Purified Water Supply Tank And Drainage System(I)Include A Pump With Alarm Capability, Suitable For An Installation Of Approximately 50 Feet From The Drain(J)Include Three (3) Cable Ports Consisting Of Two (2) Ports With An Approximate 2-Inch Diameter And One Port With An Approximate 4 Inch Diameter(K)Include At Least One Standard Shelf Rated To Support A Minimum Of 100 Lbs.(L)Include A Solid-State Humidity Sensor
