The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Improving The Functioning Of The Village Community Center By Renovating The Village Hall And Constructing The Facade Of The Building Along With Landscaping The Area In The Town Of Sepno. The Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others: - Insulating External Walls And Door Frames, Including Painting The Facade With Silicate Paint And Replacing Loose Plaster, - Replacing Lighting Fixtures, Inspection Doors, Gas Boxes, - Relocating The Lightning Protection System (Installation Of The Installation In Rl Pipes Under The Insulation Layer And Installation Of Measuring Boxes) Along With Protective Measurements After The Completion Of The Works, - Excavation, Cleaning And Insulating Foundation Walls With Xps Extruded Polystyrene With Waterproofing, - Replacing The Soil When Uncovering Foundations With Filter Aggregate, - Replacing Sheet Metal Flashings On Walls, Eaves, Etc. And External Window Sills, - Replacing Cladding On External Stairs, Renovation Of Retaining Walls And Applying Plaster, - Replacing External Door Joinery With Pvc Doors And Steel Doors With Processing Embedding, - Partial Replacement Of Window Joinery, Including Processing Of The Embedding. In Addition, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Materials For Making A Band Around The Building (Gray Lawn Edge 100X20x6, Sorted Stone Grit), Which Will Be Built By The Residents. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Design Documentation (Technical Description) - Constituting An Annex To The Swz, - Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Constituting An Annex To The Swz, - Bill Of Quantities - Constituting An Annex To The Swz. The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations And Standards. Attention! As Part Of Their Own Contribution To The Implementation Of The Project That Is The Subject Of The Order, The Residents Of The Sepno Commune Will Perform Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Task, Which Were Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting An Annex To The Procedure. The Contractor Is Obliged To Value Only The Works And Activities Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities, Design Documentation (Technical Description) And Stwiorb, Subject To Chapter Xv Of The Swz. Works Performed By Residents Of The Village Are Not Subject To Valuation And Should Not Be Included In The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Residents Of Sepno Carrying Out Renovation Works On The Building Of The Village Community Center In Sepno As Part Of Their Own Contribution. The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed By The Wielopolska Rural Renewal Program 2020+ As Part Of The 16Th Edition Of The The More Beautiful Wielkopolska Villages Competition.
