Decoration Services The Contract Must Cover The Rental, Supply, Assembly, Installation, Maintenance During The Period Of The Event And Subsequent Removal Of Decorative Items, Furniture, Ornamental Lighting And Other Elements Necessary For The Ambiance Of The Event Tents, Observing The Minimum Specifications Contained In The Terms Of Reference. It Should Be Noted That The Tents That Will Receive The Ambience Are Not Part Of The Purpose Of This Contract, As They Will Be Made Available By The Municipal Government Of Caxambu/Mg, Through The Current Price Registration Minutes Or Other Specific Instrument. Therefore, The Contracted Company Must Carry Out Decoration And Ambiance Services On The Structures Previously Provided By The Administration. 1. Setting Of 12 8X8 Tents Each 8X8 Tent Must Contain, At Minimum: A) 03 Central Chandeliers Per Tent, With A Minimum Diameter Of 50 Cm, Made Of Natural Fibers, With Materials Such As Straw, Wicker, Rattan, Bamboo Or Similar Rustic Aspects, Decorated With Artificial Foliage Of First Quality, Type Hera, As Per Attached Project Images; B) 04 Poles Of Yellow Lights Per Tent, With A Minimum Length Of 5 Meters Each, With A Maximum Spacing Of 30 Cm Between Lamps; C) Installation Of White Voile Fabric, Provided By The City Hall, In An ?X? Format, From The Top Of The Tent To The Columns, Descending To The Floor And Ending With Lashing. 2. Setting Of 01 10X10 Tent? Instagrammable/Photographic Space The 10X10 Tent Must Contain, At A Minimum: A) 01 Three-Seater Sofa, Made Of Wicker Or Rustic Wood, With Upholstery; B) 02 Armchairs, With Upholstery; C) 01 Coffee Table, Wicker Or Rustic Wood; D) 04 Braided Straw Or Rustic Wood Poufs; E) High Quality Natural Or Artificial Ornamental Plants, Including Pampas Grass And Foliage, In A Minimum Sufficient Quantity To Compose The Sides And Background Of The Instagrammable Space, Prohibiting The Supply Of Damaged, Dried Out, Dirty Or Visually Impaired Items
