The Subject Of The Competition Is General Planning Services, Whereby The Coordination Of The Buildings Property Planning Is The Responsibility Of Hoai. It Involves The Conversion, Renovation And Expansion Of 15 Classrooms On The Ground Floor In 3 To 4 Construction Phases. In Order To Implement This, Some Of The Students Will Be Relocated For The Construction Phases. The Implementation Will Take Place During Ongoing Operations, With The Focus Being Shifted To The Summer Holidays If Possible. The Construction Phases Extend To The Individual Houses: Yellow, Green, Blue, Whereby The Extension To The Hallway Of The Sports Facility Area Should Be Taken Into Account In The 1St Construction Phase. The Planned Measures Include Manufacturing Costs According To Cost Groups 300 (Building Construction) And 400 (Technical Systems) With A Current Cost Estimate Of Around 6.3 Million Euros Net. The Results Of The Competition Form The Basis For The Subsequent Gradual Commissioning Of The Planning Services. The Client Expects Economical, Functional And Educationally Convincing Solutions With A High Quality Of Implementation.
