The Planned Project Will Involve The Revitalization Of The Tarpno Podworski Park And The Creation Of A Nature Trail1. The Task Will Involve The Revitalization Of The Historic Tarpno Manor Park Located On Lake Tarpno. As Part Of The Investment, A Nature Trail Will Also Be Constructed And The Entire Area Will Be Monitored By Video Monitoring. The Task Will Be Implemented With Co-Financing From The Project Titled: Lets Do The Climate - Adaptation To Climate Change Through The Development Of The Educational Base And Blue-Green Infrastructure In Grudziądz Financed By The Second Edition Of Swiss Financial Assistance For Selected European Union Member States In Order To Reduce Socio-Economic Differences Within The European Union And From The State Budget Under The Polish-Swiss Urban Development Program.2. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Particular In The Documentation Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. If A Specific Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification Or Technical Reference System Is Indicated In The Procurement Documents, This Reference Also Means The Standard/Specification/Assessment/System Current On The Date Of Submission Of Offers Or A Standard Replacing The Indicated Standard, As Well As An Equivalent Solution, Provided That It Ensures That The Ordering Partys Requirements Are Met To An Extent Not Less Than The Standard Indicated In The Procurement Documents. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Indicated Standard And A Later Or Replacing Standard, The Standard Ensuring A Higher Level Of Compliance Shall Prevail, Unless Legal Provisions Or Conformity Assessment Documents Require The Use Of A Specific Standard Or A Specific Version Of The Standard.
