1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Titled: Construction Of Sidewalks On District Roads In The Piła District.2. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting Of: A) Reconstruction Of Sidewalks And Construction Of Raised Pedestrian Crossings As Part Of The Reconstruction Of District Roads No. 1160P And 1177P In The Town Of Krzewina (Part 1 - Ul. Dziembowska); B) Construction Of A Sidewalk On The District Road No. 1184P In The Town Of Wysoka Mała; C) Construction Of A Sidewalk On The District Road No. 1186P In The Town Of Jeziorki Kolorowskie.3. The Ordering Party Divides The Order Into Three Parts.3.1. The First Part Of The Order Includes The Reconstruction Of Sidewalks And The Construction Of Raised Pedestrian Crossings As Part Of The Reconstruction Of District Roads No. 1160P And 1177P In The Town Of Krzewina (Part 1 - Ul. Dziembowska). The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Raised Pedestrian Crossing With A Bituminous Surface On The Existing Substructure Along With Access To The Crossing Made Of Concrete Cubes And Its Illumination On The District Road No. 1160P (Led Solar Lamps). Surface Texture Markings Should Be Made For Visually Impaired People.4. Guarantee And Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works - Minimum 36 Months (The Warranty And Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers In Accordance With Point 16 Of The Swz).5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, In Order To Supervise The Implementation Of The Works, Have A Road Works Manager Who Will Be Responsible For The Execution Of The Works. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Managers Data Immediately Before Concluding The Contract.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Public Traffic On Roads During The Performance Of The Works Covered By The Order.7. The Contractor Should Have Vertical Signs And Other Safety Devices For The Duration Of The Works In Order To Mark The Works Covered By The Order In Accordance With The Regulations. The Cost Of Securing Signs And Devices, As Well As Their Dismantling, Should Be Included In The Offer Price.8. Construction Materials Necessary To Complete The Order Must Meet The Quality Requirements For Products Approved For Marketing And Use In Construction And Have Current Certificates Or Declarations Of Compliance With The Technical Approval. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Taking Surface Samples For Laboratory Tests. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Sample Results And The Prescription Approved By The Ordering Party, The Testing Costs Will Be Charged To The Contractor.9. During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply All The Requirements Specified In The Environmental Protection Regulations.10. If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Order Contain The Names Of Producers Of Materials Or Any Other Products Or Products, They Serve Only To Determine The Desir
