The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Fire Station Building For The Volunteer Fire Department In Bielawy Using Steel Frame Technology In A Frame System Made Of Cold-Bent, Prefabricated, Galvanized Steel Profiles Using Sandwich Panels. The Facility Is An Independent, Free-Standing Structure. It Will Have Dimensions In Horizontal Projection On A Rectangular Plan: 10.00 M Wide And 20.00 M Long, And The Height From The Ground Level At The Lowest Entrance To The Building To The Ridge Is 5.77 M. It Has A Gable Roof And A Slope Angle Of 10° (17.6%). Roof Covering Made Of Sandwich Panels Laid Horizontally, Finished With Trapezoidal Sheet Metal. 0.7Mm. For The Purposes Of Construction, The Employer Will Indicate The Place Of Connection To The Water Intake And Electricity From The Nearby Water Treatment Plant. ● Number Of Floors: 1 ● Usable Area: 189.89 M2 ● Volume: 1074.40 M3 ● Building Area: 200.00 M2 2. The Ordering Party Has: A) Building Permit No. 553/2025 Of December 17, 2025 Issued By The Staroste Nowosolskiego, B) Conditions Of Connection To The Power Grid, C) Arrangements For Connection To The Water Supply Network, D) Agreed Design Of The Exit From The Public Road (Constituted As Annexes To The Swz). In The Area Covered By The Order, The Plot For Construction Has Been Leveled And The Trees Have Been Cut Down. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To: A) Apply On Behalf Of The Ordering Party To Enea Operator For Connection To The Power Grid. The Ordering Party Does Not Have A Signed Contract. B) Making A Cable And Measurement Connection, C) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation And Stwior, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Construction Manager And Work Managers In A Given Specialty, I.E. Sanitary And Electrical. The Scope Of Works Does Not Include Hardening The Area - It Should Not Be Included In The Offer Price. In The Case Of The Construction Manager, The Requirements Are Specified In Chapter 6 Of The Swz - Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings.
