The Subject Of This Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building No. 1 With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure On Plot No. 1/3 Within No. 1 Of The Zalewo Town, Constituting Stage 1 Of The Global Investment Planned To Be Implemented On The Above-Mentioned Site. Land Property, Consisting In The Construction Of A Complex Of 3 Multi-Family Residential Buildings With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure. Buildings No. 2 And 3, Together With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure, Are Planned To Be Constructed At A Later Date, Based On A Separate Tender Procedure. The Boundaries Of The Individual Implementation Stages Are Shown In The Drawing Of The Land Development Design. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Construction Of A Detached Multi-Family Residential Building No. 1, With 30 Apartments. The Building Was Designed As A Brick Building With Reinforced Concrete Ceilings, Pins And Columns, Placed On Reinforced Concrete Foundations. The Building Has 5 Floors, Including An Unused Attic With A Technical Room, And There Is No Basement. Apart From The Building, As Part Of The Contract In Question, It Is Planned To Provide Internal Communication Services For The Plot On Which The Above-Mentioned Building Will Be Located. Building, Through The Construction Of An Exit From The Public Road With An Internal Road System Consisting Of The Main Road, Maneuvering Roads, Parking Spaces And Pedestrian Accesses/Sidewalks, The Necessary Underground Technical Infrastructure, Construction Of A Place For The Temporary Collection Of Solid Waste With A Garbage Shelter, And Elements Of Small Architecture (Including: Park Bench, Garbage Bins, Bicycle Racks), Area Lighting And Green Areas Including Low And High Greenery, As Well As Underground, Drainless Retention Tank For Collecting Rainwater From Atmospheric Precipitation. The Investment In Question Is Located Directly Next To The Municipal Road Dg 145002N (Ul. Długa), Located On Plot No. 7/2 Within 0017 Półwieś, Zalewo Commune. In Accordance With The Agreement With The Road Manager - Decision Of The Mayor Of Zalewa Ik.721.22.2023.Rk Of August 10, 2023. (The Document Is An Attachment To The Construction Design), Communication Services For The Investment Area Will Be Carried Out Via A Regular Exit Planned To Be Implemented As Part Of The Project. The Building In Question Should Be Provided With The Necessary Utilities Through The Construction Of A Water Connection From The Existing Water Supply Network Located On Plot No. 7/2, The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System With A Connection To The Building And A Sanitary Sewage Pumping Station, And The Construction Of An External Rainwater Drainage System Aimed At Draining Rainwater From The Roof Surface Of The Building And The Hardened Surfaces Within The Scope Of The Investment In Question (After Prior Cleaning) To An Underground Tight Retention Tank
