Scope Of Work Covered By The Order: 1) Washing Of Window And Door Joinery (Frame And Glass) In Buildings: A) Washing Of Window Joinery Only On Saturdays - 4 Saturdays A Year On A Date Previously Agreed With The Ordering Party, I.E. One Washing Of Window Joinery (All Window Joinery On Two Saturdays) - 2 Times A Year, B) Washing Of Internal Aluminum Joinery In The Corridors, Cleaning Glass In Doors And Protective Covers On Furniture (Vestibule, Fire Doors And Staircases) - Every Day, 2) Maintaining Cleanliness In Office Rooms (Frequency Depending On The Rooms - Annex No. 1): A) Vacuuming Carpets, B) Washing And Maintaining Floors Made Of Stoneware Tiles, Pvc Carpets Or Panels, C) Cleaning The Pvc Carpet In Room No. 212 Using A Steam Mop At Least Than Once A Week, Due To Its Specific Structure. It Is Unacceptable To Allow The Condition Of The Floor To Deteriorate, Resulting In Its Permanent Dirt, Blackening Or Change In Color, D) Cleaning Pvc Carpets In Other Rooms Using A Steam Mop At Least Once A Month And Each Time At The Request Of The Ordering Party, E) Removing Dust From The Surfaces Of Furniture, Chairs, Window Sills, Radiators And Office Equipment, As Well As Cleaning And Maintaining The Furniture Using Appropriate Care Products, F) Removing Cobwebs, G) Emptying Waste Bins, Including Shredder Bins, Along With Replacing Waste Bags, As Well As Emptying Waste Containers Located In The Corridors.
