1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Called Maintenance Of Forest Roads And Fire Access Roads In The Koniecpol Forest District In 2026.2. Order Description: The Works Consist In The Delivery Of Aggregate (Estimated Total Amount Of 1,700 Tons) To Places Indicated By The Ordering Party For The Purpose Of Maintaining Forest Roads Managed By The Koniecpol Forest District. The Delivery Includes Aggregate Fraction 0-2 In An Amount Of Approx. 200 Tons; The Rest In The Amount Of Approx. 1,500 Tons, Including: 0-31.5; 0-63; 31.5-63 And Stone 63-100, Of Which It Is Expected That Min. 40% Will Be Aggregate With A Grain Size Of 31.5-63 (Approx. 600 Tons). Road Aggregate Must Meet The Following Standards Or Equivalent: - Natural Aggregate - Fraction 0-2 Mm, Standard Pn-En 13242 +A1:2010 Scope Of Application - Natural Aggregate For Road Construction. - Crushed Aggregate With Continuous Graining - Fraction 0-31.5 Mm, Standard Pn-En 13242 +A1:2010 Scope Application - Natural Crushed Aggregate For Road Construction. Crushed Aggregate With Continuous Grain Size - Fraction 0-63 Mm, Standard Pn-En 13242 +A1:2010 Scope Of Application - Natural Crushed Aggregate For Road Construction. Crushed Aggregate With Continuous Grain Size - Fraction 31.5-63 Mm /Crushed Stone/, Standard Pn-En 13242 +A1:2010 Scope Of Application - Natural Crushed Aggregate For Road Construction. The Material For The Works Should Be Natural Aggregate - Sand (To Make The Cutting Layer) And Crushed Aggregate Obtained As A Result Of Crushing Raw Rock Or Erratic Stones And Pebbles. The Aggregate Should Be Homogeneous Without Foreign Impurities And Without Clay Admixtures. The Use Of Aggregates From Jurassic Limestone And Chalcedonite Rocks Is Not Allowed. Aggregates From The Following Types Of Rocks Are Allowed: Quartzite, Basalt, Dolomite Aggregates, Devonian Limestone. The Material Can Be Placed In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party / Its Representative / After Completing The Preparatory Works, Which Consist In Cleaning, Profiling And Removing Topsoil From The Ground - The Road Crown. While Maintaining The Entire Width Of The Road, The Maximum Width At Which Aggregate Can Be Incorporated Is 3.50 M. In Justified Cases, At The Request Of The Contractor Or The Ordering Party, Exceptions To This Rule Are Allowed. The Contractor Commencing The Works Should Be Able To Use The Following Equipment: - Graders, Excavators Or Pavers For Spreading The Mixture, - Vibrating Or Static Steel Rollers For Compaction. In Hard-To-Reach Places, Plate Compactors, Mechanical Tampers Or Small Vibrating Rollers Should Be Used. Aggregates Can Be Transported By Any Means Of Transport In Conditions That Protect Them Against Contamination, Mixing With Other Materials, Excessive Drying And Moisture. The Contract
