The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Construction Of A Multi-Purpose Sports Field In The Town Of Mochty-Smok In The Zakrętym Commune, As Part Of The Task Construction Of A Multi-Purpose Sports Field In The Town Of Mochty-Smok.2. The Construction Of Sports Infrastructure Will Be Carried Out In The Administrative Area Of The Masovian Voivodeship, Nowy Dwór County, Zakrętym Commune, Mochty-Smok Town, Plot No. 64/1, District 0007 Mochty-Smok.3. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Construction Of An External Multi-Purpose Pitch With Dimensions Of 16.5 X 27.27 Meters And A Synthetic Grass Surface (Which Includes: A Volleyball Pitch, A Football Pitch And A Basketball Shooting Area) Along With Equipment With Sports Equipment Necessary For The Above-Mentioned. Disciplines, I.E. A Football Goal, A Basketball Hoop, Posts And A Volleyball Net;2) Construction Of A 4M And 6M High Pitch Fence In The Form Of Ball Catches (6M Behind The Goals And 4M On The Sides) Along With 2 Wickets And 1 Gate;3) Hardening The Area With Paving Stones;4) Building Concrete Watercourses Collecting Excess Rainwater From The Investment Area;5) Restoring Greenery.4. Requirements Towards The Contractor: The Detailed Method Of Execution As Well As The Scope And Type Of Individual Works Covering The Subject Of The Order Were Specified In The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, As Well As In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annexes To Swz.5. Before Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Should Exercise Due Diligence In Checking The Compliance Of The Technical Documentation With The Actual Situation And Reporting Any Discrepancies To The Ordering Party.6. The Price Of The Offer Should Include All Construction Works And Services Necessary For The Execution And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Contract, Resulting From The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And, Possibly, From The Bill Of Quantities, Including The Costs Of Works Not Included In The Above-Mentioned. Technical Documentation, The Execution Of Which Is Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Such As: A) Costs Of All Preparatory Works, B) Costs Of Maintaining The Construction Site, C) Costs Of Maintaining Order During The Implementation Of The Works, D) Costs Of Organizing The Construction Site, E) All Fees, Surcharges, Taxes, Customs Duties, Etc., F) All Other Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order (E.G. Costs Of Works Resulting From The Designs And Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities).7. The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Additional Element, Not Used To Calculate The Offer Price.8.
