1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Renovation Of 3 Residential Premises, Located In Dzierzgoń At The Following Address: Ul. Limanowskiego 6, Ul. Okrzei 10, Ul. Odstańa 3, With Their Ultimate Purpose As Training And Assisted Living Apartments. The Renovation Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Parameters Specified In The Attached Design Documentation And In The Bill Of Quantities. The Order Is Implemented With Financial Support Under The Project Entitled Deinstitutionalization And Development Of Social Services In The Communes Of The Powiśle Eastern Partnership, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Esf+), Under Priority 05. European Funds For A Socially Strong Pomerania, Measure 05.17. Social And Health Services Under The European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Program (Fep 2021-2027). Renovation Of The Premises In Question Should Be Carried Out To The Extent Necessary To Achieve The Assumed Technical And Operational Parameters, In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Regulations For This Type Of Facilities. Part 1 - Renovation Of The Premises At Ul. Limanowskiego 62. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers Or Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 And 8.4. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum 36-Month Warranty For The Technologies Used And The Construction And Assembly Works Performed As Well As For The Built-In Products And Materials. Regardless Of The Rights Arising From The Quality Guarantee Granted, The Ordering Party May Exercise The Rights Under The Warranty For Defects. The Warranty Period Is Equal To The Statutory Period Stipulated In Art. 568 Section 1 Cc.5. A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Which Constitutes Annex No. 9 To The Swz. Note: 1) If The Contractor Has Any Doubts Or Ambiguities In Relation To The Above-Mentioned Elements Of The Order Description, Then For The Final Resolution Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In This Respect And For The Preparation Of The Offer By The Contractor - Explanations, Clarifications And Additional Information Obtained During The Formal Procedure Of Possible Inquiries To The Swz Will Be Binding.2) If The Subject Of The Order Has Been Specified Anywhere In The Swz.
