The Subject Of The Order Is An Investment Called Reconstruction, Expansion, Superstructure And Thermal Modernization Of A Municipal Building In Starawieś.2. The Scope Of Work Includes Reconstruction And Thermal Modernization Of A Municipal Building - Renovation Of An Existing Two-Unit Residential Building, Consisting In Reducing The Window In The Living Room, Adding A Chimney In The Boiler Room And Rebuilding The Single-Slope Roof In Order To Be Able To Insulate It. It Is Planned To Replace The External Windows And Doors And Insulate The Façade With Polystyrene. In Order To Separate The Independence Of The Premises, It Was Planned To Dismantle The Common Heat Source And Install Two Independent Biomass Furnaces With A Capacity Of 11.2 Kw Each, As Well As Construct Two Independent Central Heating Circuits.
