Tenders Are Invited For Manufacturing, Delivery And Assembly Of Custom-Made Furniture in Poland

1. The Place Of Delivery And Collection Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. Z O. O. Located At 153 Kaliska Street In Pleszew, Province. Greater Poland2. Delivery And Assembly Must Take Place On Different Dates Due To Ongoing Construction Works In The Furniture Assembly Rooms.3. The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party In Writing Of Its Readiness To Collect The Delivered Subject Of The Contract On A Date Ensuring Compliance With The Deadline Specified In § 3. 4. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Possibility Of Assembly Of The Delivered Subject Of The Contract.5. A Handover And Acceptance Report Will Be Prepared For The Delivery, And A Final Acceptance Report For The Installation.6. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Collected On The Business Day Designated By The Ordering Party, I.E. From Monday To Friday, From 8.00 - 14.00, With The Acceptance Date Not Longer Than 7 Days From The Date Of Delivery Of The Notification Of Readiness For Acceptance To The Ordering Party By The Contractor.7. If Defects And Defects That Can Be Removed Are Found During Acceptance, The Ordering Party May Refuse Acceptance And Set A Deadline For Their Removal. Refusal Of Acceptance Should Be Understood As Signing The Acceptance Protocol With The Identified Defects And Comments And A Deadline For Their Removal, No Longer Than 7 Days. Delivery Or Assembly Of The Subject Of The Contract Free From Defects Must Take Place Within The Deadline Specified In The Protocol.8. After The Contractor Has Removed The Defects And/Or Defects At His Own Expense, The Contractor Will Report To The Ordering Party The Fact Of Their Removal, And The Ordering Party, After Confirming Proper Performance, Will Accept The Subject Of The Contract. For Re-Acceptance, The Rules Described In Section Apply. 1 – 5.9. If Defects And/Or Faults That Cannot Be Removed Are Found During Acceptance, The Ordering Party May Withdraw From The Contract Or Demand Delivery Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Free From Defects And/Or Faults. In The Latter Case, The Ordering Party Will Indicate The Delivery Date By Which The Contractor Will Be Bound.10. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract With Due Diligence Resulting From The Professional Nature Of His Business, In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Made Carefully, With Great Attention To Detail And From Materials Described In Detail In The Swz And Attachments.11. The Ordering Party Requires A Warranty For The Completed Subject Matter Of The Order For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months. The Warranty And Warranty Period Will Be Counted From The Date Of Signing The Quantitative And Qualitative Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations. The Contractor Should Provide The Offered Warranty And Guarantee Period In The Offer Form. Note: The Warranty And Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Off
