Based On The Submitted Offer For A Given Part In Quantities Consistent With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Detailed Scope Of Delivery Is Included In The Attachments: Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) And The Price Form For A Given Part. The Names: Food Items, Products, Goods Are Used Interchangeably For The Subject Of The Order Covered By This Procedure. The Amount Of Actual Demand For Food Items May Differ From The Amounts Indicated In The Price Form For A Given Part. The Contractors Remuneration Will Result From The Quantity Of Products And Goods Actually Delivered And The Unit Prices Indicated In The Form For A Given Part, Based On The Demand Submitted By The Ordering Party For A Given Part. In The Event Of Delivery Of Fewer Products And Goods Than The Quantities Indicated In The Form For A Given Part, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party.
