The work under this contract shall include park improvements including installation of a walking path, basketball court resurfacing, parking improvements, and other incidental construction related to the project. Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39 M as amended.This project may be funded in whole or part with federal funds.
