Corporate Legal The Corporate Legal Department Consists Of Five Corporate Lawyers, A Manager And A Secretary And Operates Within A Complex And Dynamic Working Environment. The Department Is Responsible For Advising The Board And Internal Departments On Various Legal Issues And Conducts Legal Proceedings - Whether Or Not In Collaboration With External Lawyers. The Work Focuses Mainly On General Private Law, Including Contract Law, It & Data Law, Procurement Law And Employment Law, As Well As On Administrative Law, Including The General Administrative Law Act And The Aviation Act. Corporate Legal Advises Both Solicited And Unsolicited And Guarantees Independent Legal Judgment And Falls Directly Under The Cfo. Based On This Legal Expertise, The Department Contributes To The Realization Of Lvnls Strategic And Operational Objectives.
