The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (Rvo), On Behalf Of The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs And In Close Collaboration With The Relevant Ministries, Is Seeking Legal Support For The Dutch Efforts In The Field Of Fisheries And Marine Biodiversity In The Polar Regions. The Assignment Focuses On International Treaties And Forums Relevant To The Protection And Conservation Of Marine Biodiversity In Antarctica And The Arctic, With A Particular Focus On The Commission For The Conservation Of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (Ccamlr) And The Agreement To Prevent Unregulated High Seas Fisheries In The Central Arctic Ocean (Caofa). The Estimated Maximum Total Price Is € 116,000. The Total Price Is Exclusive Of Vat And Includes All Costs, Such As And Where Applicable: Implementation, Aftercare, Overhead, Travel And Other Costs.
