The Subject Of The Investment Is The Modernization - Reconstruction Of The Existing Water Supply Network With Asbestos-Cement Pipes On The Plots Marked With Registration Numbers 456/2, 459, 460 Located In The Strzegowo-Osada Commune Of Strzegowo. The Existing Water Supply Network Is Made Of Asbestos-Cement Pipes. The Plot Marked With Registration Numbers 456/2, 459, 460 Within 0041-Strzegowo-Osada, Strzegowo Commune, Constitutes A Right-Of-Way Of The Commune Road (Plac Wolności). The Existing Water Supply Network, Which Is Being Replaced Along The Existing Route, Is Made Of Asbestos-Cement Pipes With A Diameter Of 100 Mm With Connections To Individual Properties Made Of Steel Pipes Of 25-50 Mm Diameter. The Network Is In Poor Technical Condition And Is Subject To Frequent Failures. The Need To Reconstruct The Existing Network Of Asbestos-Cement Pipes Was Dictated By The Act Of June 19, 1997, Adopted By The Sejm Of The Republic Of Poland. On The Ban On The Use Of Products Containing Asbestos, And Based On The Program For The Removal Of Asbestos And Asbestos-Containing Products Used In The Territory Of Poland, Adopted On The Basis Of The Above Act By The Council Of Ministers Of The Republic Of Poland On May 14, 2002. Inclusion Of The Designed Section Of The Water Supply Network Into The Existing Network With A Diameter Of 100 In The Place Marked On The Land Development Design As Point Ww-01-Ww-02. B) Method Of Sewage Disposal Or Treatment. At The Stage Of Works, Domestic And Domestic Sewage Will Be Generated.
