Dr. Ludwik Rydygiera In Suwałki, A Task Co-Financed From The Medical Fund As Part Of The Investment Program For The Modernization Of Medical Entities, In The Scope Of Tasks Involving The Construction Or Modernization Of Helicopter Landing Pads At Hospital Emergency Departments.1) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Execution Is Specified In Annex No. Acts And Documents, All Decisions And Documents Necessary For The Use Of The Ordered Helipad, Including Making Appropriate Notifications About The Completion Of Construction, Obtaining An Entry In The Airport Records And Preparing A Rescue Plan. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes: - Preparation And Agreement With Pansa, Ulc And Lpr Of A Rescue Plan For A Helipad For Rescue Helicopters, - Preparation Of An Operational Manual For Rescue Helicopters, - Fencing And Appropriate Marking Of The Area Of The Temporary Helipad Indicated By The Ordering Party, - Changing The Scope Building Permit By Preparing A Replacement Design For The Land Development Design, Including The Transfer Of The Ramp To The Building.3) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Carry Out A Site Visit To Check The Location And Conditions Related To The Provision Of The Service That Is The Subject Of The Contract, With The Proviso That The Submission Of The Offer Must Be Preceded By Its Completion (The Ordering Party Imposes The Requirement Referred To In Article 131(2) Of The Public Procurement Law). The Cost Of The Site Visit Is Borne By The Contractor. A Protocol Signed By The Parties Will Be Prepared From The Site Visit, Which Will Constitute Confirmation Of The Site Visit.
