The Subject Of The Order Is The Following: Renovation Of Level 300 Of Building B At Ul. Morska 81-87 In Gdynia - Construction Industry The Scope Of The Order Includes Renovation Of Teaching Rooms, Corridor, Hall On Level 300 And Staircases On Level 200-400. Building B Is Part Of Facility No. I Of The Maritime University, Which Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments And Is Under The Conservation Protection Of The Pomeranian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Building Permit Preceded By A Decision Of The Pomeranian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments Authorizing Construction And Conservation Works In The Historic Building. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Order On The Construction Site During Renovation Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Coordinate His Works With Contractors From The Telecommunications And Electrical Industries. The Planned Renovation Will Include: Removal And Re-Introduction Of Furniture In The Rooms Covered By The Renovation, Removal And Re-Introduction Along With Installation Of Fire Extinguishers, Display Cases, Benches And Other Items Located In The Corridor And Hall In The Indicated Places. Disassembly And Reassembly Of Escape Route Markings, Door Markings And Other Markings Located In The Corridor And Hall. Floor Demolition Works, Execution Of New Floor Layers, Execution Of Plastering Works, Execution Of Gypsum Plaster Layers Along With Painting, Execution Of Suspended Ceilings, Security Works, Other Works Not Mentioned Above But Included In The Bill Of Quantities. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Works Construction Works Being The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of: 1. Bill Of Quantities - Renovation Of Level 300 Of Building B - Construction Industry 2. Technical Documentation Renovation Of The Electrical Installation And Renovation Of Floors In Building B At Ul. Maritime 81-87 In Gdynia 3. Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. The Basis For The Evaluation Of The Offer Is The Bill Of Quantities Of Works.
