1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Intermediation Services In The Transfer Of All Or Part Of The Rights And Obligations Arising From The Lease Agreement, I.E. Performing Activities For The Ordering Party Aimed At Concluding The Target Contract In The Shortest Possible Time, I.E. An Agreement On The Transfer Of Receivables And Releasing The Takeover Of Debt, Under Which The Ordering Partys Rights And Obligations Under The Premises Lease Agreement Will Be Transferred To The Contractor (In Relation To All Or Part Of The Subject Of The Premises Lease Agreement).2 The Basic Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Within A Period Of 12 Months From Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.3 The Minimum Value Or Amount Of Performance Of The Parties In The Scope Of The Basic Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 433 Point 4 Of The Public Procurement Law (Hereinafter Referred To As The Minimum Benefit) Covers The Benefits Specified In § 2 Section 2 Letter A And B Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Particular The Preparation Of Professional Information And Marketing Materials Regarding The Premises And The Possibility Of Concluding A Target Contract, In Particular By: - ​​Preparing A Description Of The Property In Question And Its Surroundings, - Conducting A Photographic Session Of The Property In Question And Its Surroundings Or Their Visualization. 4 As Part Of The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law (Hereinafter Referred To As The Option), The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Extend The Period Of Implementation And Validity Of The Agreement By A Maximum Of Another 24 Months, I.E. Up To A Maximum Of 36 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, While Maintaining Its Continuity (Temporary Option). The Extension Of The Validity Period Of The Agreement Referred To In The Preceding Sentence May Be Made: 4.1 Multiple Times, 4.2 Each Time For A Period Of Not Less Than 3 Months, 4.3 Each Time By A Unilateral Decision Of The Ordering Party. 5 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Implement The Option In Whole Or In Part. The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party For Failure To Exercise All Or Part Of The Option. 6 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Conditions And Rules Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Ppu.
