The Chancellery Of The Government Requests Your Offer For The Procurement Of Restaurant Services For Restaurant Pihapavijongi And Restaurant Espa4 In Accordance With This Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Procurement Of Personnel, Meeting And Catering Services In The Government Council And Its Ministries Staff Restaurants Pihapaviljonki And Espa4. In The License Agreement, The Financial Risk Related To The Operation Is Fully Transferred To The Offerer (Supplier). As Far As Meeting And Representation Catering Is Concerned, It Is A Matter Of Service Procurement, Where The Catering Space And Costs Are Paid By The Ministry Using The Facilities That Placed The Order. Since These Areas Cannot Be Objectively Separated From Each Other, The Provisions Applicable To The Main Object Of The Contract (Usage Agreement) Apply To The Procurement.
