Gas Network Equipment – Procurement Of A Biogas Feed-In System (Bgea) For The Memmingen Municipal Utility Company. A Coalition Of Several Farmers Is Currently Planning To Build A Biogas Processing Plant (Bgaa) To Process Biogas From Five Operating Biogas Plants (Bga) And To Feed The Biomethane Into The Local Distribution Network Of The City Of Memmingen. The Biogas Plants Will Be Connected To Each Other Via A Newly Constructed Microgas Network And Will Deliver Biogas To A Central Location. A Separate Project Company Was Founded For This Purpose. The Network Operator Of The Entry Point For The Biomethane Quantities Is Stadtwerke Memmingen. The Construction Of The Biogas Feed-In System Requested Here And Required For The Feed-In Takes Place At The Location Of The Biogas Processing Plant. The Stadtwerke Memmingen, As A Public Provider And Company Owned By The City Of Memmingen, Is Putting The Delivery And Construction Of The Tannheim Biogas Feed-In Plant Out To Tender Across Europe. The Following Is Requested: Delivery, Construction And Commissioning Of The Biogas Feed-In System (Bgea) Tannheim: Turnkey Construction Of A Biogas Feed-In System For Feeding Up To 1,000 Nm³/H Of Biomethane Into A Local Distribution Network (Mop4, Operating Pressure 2.2 - 2.7 Bar). The System Will Be Built In Tannheim, Baden-Württemberg. The Bidder Is Hereby Requested To Submit A Free And Binding Offer For The System Described Below. The Award Of This Tender Is Subject To The Realization Of The “Biogas Processing Plant Of Biomethan Illertal Gmbh & Co. Kg” Project. Planning Certainty Is Expected Here By September 2026 At The Latest. The Bidder Must Offer The Biogas Feed-In System Based On This Functional Service Description As A Complete, Turnkey, Operational And State-Of-The-Art Unit Including All Services For Planning, Procurement, Construction, Assembly, Commissioning And Operator Training. The Biogas Feed System Must Meet The Following Minimum Requirements: Nominal Output Bgea: 100 - 1,000 Nm³/H Biomethane Continuous Control From 0 - 100% Inlet Pressure: 3.2 - 3.7 Barg (Pn10 / Mop6) Output Pressure: 2.2 - 2.7 Barg (Pn5 / Mop4) Availability Of The System ≥ 96% The Bgea Should Are Planned, Delivered And Erected On A Turnkey Basis In A Largely Factory-Prefabricated Construction Method In A Container. The Essential Process Components Of The Requested Biogas Feed System Are: - Station Input With Filter And Analysis Points For Gas Quality Monitoring - Bad Gas Switch - Electrical Quick-Closing Valve - Measuring Gas Section For Gas Volume Measurements - Equipment Against Backflow - Control System - Odorization - Calorific Value Measurement (Pgc) - Operational Gas Quality Measurement - Operational Moisture Measurement - System Output - Emsr Technology, Control, Visualization, Signal Extraction - Security Technology - Containers Including Building Technology.
