It Includes: – A Firm Tranche, Including Flat-Rate Paid Services For Preventive Maintenance (As Well As Certain Curative Parts) And Monitoring; Services Paid According To Unit Prices For Curative Maintenance And Meetings And Services Based On Prior Estimate For The Supply Of Spare Parts Exceeding A Certain Threshold In The Context Of Curative Maintenance As Well As For The Purchase And/Or Replacement/Renewal Of Large Equipment. – An Optional Tranche, Including Outgoing Reversibility Services (Fixed Price).
