The Subject Of The Contract Entitled Procurement Of The Combined Supply Of Traction Electricity, Including Liability For Deviation For The Needs Of Third Parties For A Period Of 12 Months, From 01.01.2027 To 31.12.2027 Is - The Supply Of Electricity To The Customers Collection Points, The Full List Of Which Is In Appendix No. 1 Chapters B.1 Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Of The Tender Documents, As Necessary, Indicated In The Expected Procurement Diagram, Which Forms Annex No. 2 Chapters B.1 Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Of The Tender Documents, In The Required Quality And With A Guarantee Of Electricity Supply For The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Agreement On The Combined Supply Of Electricity Concluded On The Basis Of The Result Of The Public Tender; - Provision Of Electricity Distribution, Regulated Distribution Services From The Operator Of The Distribution System To Which The Collection Points Are Connected, Provision Of Other Related Services, Including Levy To The National Nuclear Fund Pursuant To Government Regulation No. 21/2019 Coll., Which Establishes The Amount Of The Annual Levy Intended For The Payment Of The Historical Debt From The Supplied Electricity To The Final Consumer Of Electricity And Details Of The Method Of Its Collection For The National Nuclear Fund, Its Use And The Method And Terms Of Its Payment, As Amended; - Assumption Of Responsibility For The Deviation Of The Contracting Authority In Its Entirety, For All Collection Points, In Accordance With Decree No. 207/2023 Coll., Which Establishes The Rules For The Functioning Of The Internal Electricity Market, The Content Requirements Of The Operating Rules Of The System Operator, The Organizer Of The Short-Term Electricity Market, And The Scope Of Business Conditions, Which Are Part Of The Operating Rules Of The System Operator, As Amended, Vis-À-Vis The Offset Adjuster. Taking Responsibility For The Deviation Of The Procuring Entity In Its Entirety, Vis-À-Vis The Accountant Of Deviations, Will Be Part Of The Bidders Fee For The Purchase Of Electricity, Calculated And Expressed In Eur Without Vat / Mwh, Rounded To Three (3) Decimal Places, Which Is A Criterion For Evaluating Bids, Or Of The Total Price For The Supply Of Electricity Delivered To The Customers Collection Points, Determined In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Tender Documents. The Subject Of The Contract Is Also The Commitment To Enter Into An Agreement With The Contracting Authority On The Supply Of Excess Electricity And To Assume Responsibility For The Deviation, In Relation To The Electricity Produced By Railway Rolling Stock Using An Electrodynamic Regenerative Brake, Which Was Not Consumed At The Time Of Its Production, In An Estimated Amount Not Exceeding 8,000 Mwh Of Electricity During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract On The Supply Of Excess Electricity.
