The Subject Of This Public Contract For Services Is The Preparation Of An Active Schedule Of Activities Of The Flood Commission (Hereinafter Referred To As Ahčpk) For The Statutory City Of Hradec Králové. The Subject Of The Public Contract Consists Mainly In The Compilation Of Variant Flood Scenarios Based On The Hydrodynamic Model, The Influence Of Inflows, Flooding Of Unprotected Locations, Ppo Failure, Ppo Overflow. It Also Consists In The Creation Of A Web Application Of An Active Schedule Of Activities Linked To The Current Water Conditions In The Control Profiles. Notification Of Individual Activities About The Start And Completion Of Tasks, Information Sharing. The Goal Of Creating The Ahčpk Is To Improve The Management Of Flood Operatives. This Document, Including The Web Application, Will Contribute To Better Preparedness In Flood Management. The Flood Commission Will Have Better Data For Decision-Making In Various Flood Scenarios That May Occur, And Thus Can Better Protect The Population And Property.
