Detail Of Material To Be Used:- I) P.H Booster Ii) Scale Softener/ Softening Agent Iii) Oxygen Scavenger These Chemicals Must Maintain Following Parameters During Boiler Operation: - A) P.H Of Feed Water Will Be Maintained Between 8.5 To 9.0 . B) P.H Of Boiler Drum Water Will Be Maintained Between 9.50 To 10.50. C) Boiler T.D.S Will Be Maintained Between 800-1000 Ppm D) Boiler Water Sulphite Should Be 25 To 30 Ppm E) Phosphate Should Be 15 To 30 Ppm Note:- 1)The Representative Of Party Will Be Available In Mills For 24 Hrs In Whole Crushing Season & Will Do Weekly Chemical Analysis Of Boiler Water With His Company Owned Testing Kit. 2) Dosing Pump Will Be Provided By The Party. 3) Rate Should Be Per Day Basis.
