The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Continuous And Professionally Guaranteed Technical Support, Operational Maintenance And Administration Of The Proarc Digitization Workflow System And All Its Modules And Components, Which Serve For The Processing, Registration, Quality Control And Long-Term Storage Of Digitized Content, In Order To Ensure The Full Functionality, Stability And Security Of The System, Including Its Integration Links, User Interfaces And Support Processes For Working With Digital Objects (Hereinafter Referred To As Service Services Or Services), While The Serviced Software And The Content Of Service Services Are Specified In Appendix No. 1 Of The Draft Contract, Which Is An Integral Part Of These Tender Documents And Are A Separate Attachment To The Stated Subject Of The Contract.
