Tiling Work – Tile And Stone Work. The Client, The Hüttenhospital Dortmund, Is Planning To Build An Extension On The Hospital Grounds. The Extension Is Being Built Between The Hospital Building And The Day Clinic. The Extension Adjoins The Southwest Corner Of The Hospital. The New Connection To The Day Clinic Is Established Via A Corridor In The Extension And An Adjoining Corridor. The Building Comprises Four Floors And A Technology Center On The Third Floor. The Ground Floor Is A Partial Floor. This Only Covers Around 1/3 Of The Area Of The Other Floors. Due To The Topography Of The Site, The Ground Floor Is Integrated Into The Site. The Following Functions Are Arranged On The Individual Floors: Ground Floor Technical Center, Food Waste Containers/Grease Separators, Ghvs Av/Sv, Social Rooms Kitchen Staff 1St Floor Fresh Kitchen Incl. Cooling, Storage And Office Rooms 2Nd Floor Comfort Station With 3 Single And 5 Second-Bed Rooms Including Adjoining Rooms 3Rd Floor Comfort Station With 3 Single-Bed And 5 Second-Bed Rooms Including Adjoining Rooms 4Th Floor Technical Center All Roof Areas Greened. As Part Of The Redesign Of The Outdoor Facilities, A Delivery Access To The Extension Will Be Created And The Adjacent Parking Spaces Will Be Restructured. The Building Will Be Constructed As A Reinforced Concrete Structure. Due To The Location In The Area, The Ground Floor Is Designed As A Waterproof Construction. The Part Of The Building That Is Not Above The Developed Ground Floor Is Founded On Bored Piles And Pile Cap Beams. The Facade Is Made Of Clinker Brickwork. Aluminum Systems (Ground Floor + 1St Floor, Stairwells) Or Wood-Aluminum Systems (2Nd + 3Rd Floor) Are Used As Windows. Exterior Doors And The Post-Transom Façade Of The Connecting Corridor Are Also Made Of Aluminum Systems. Sun Protection Is Achieved With External Blind Systems. The Roof Is Sealed Using Bitumen-Based Waterproofing Systems. The Technical Center Is A Steel Structure With A Trapezoidal Sheet Metal Roof. The Wall Construction Consists Of Insulated Sheet Steel Cassettes And A Curtain Wall Made Of Aluminum Composite Panels. Non-Load-Bearing Interior Walls Are Predominantly Constructed As Drywall Constructions. In The Kitchen Area, Systems With Cement Board Panels Are Used. Depending On The Requirements Of The Room Function, Suspended Ceilings Are Designed As Gk Or Mf Ceiling Systems. The Patient Rooms And Adjoining Rooms For The Patients Will Receive A Cooling Ceiling, And Thermally Conductive Gk Ceilings Will Be Provided There. Free-Span Mf Long-Span Ceilings With Friezes Are Planned In The Hallways. The Screed Is Intended As A Floating (Heating) Screed. Depending On The Use, Elastic Coverings And Tiles Are Planned As Floor Coverings, As Well As Stone Coverings In The Connecting Corridors And Stairwells. Smooth Fleece Coverings With Paint And Wall Tiles Are Used As Wall Coverings. Wooden Door Elements With Double-Shell Steel Frames Are Used As Interior Doors, And Steel-Glass Tubular Frame Elements Are Used As Hallway Doors
