As Part Of The Project To Develop The Champagne Activity Zone In Neuville-Sur-Saône (69), An Ecological Compensation System Was Defined In Addition To The Measures Implemented On The Project Site, Including An In Situ Compensation Zone And An Ex Situ Compensation Site Located In The Town Of Limas (69), Approximately 11.5 Km From The Development Perimeter. The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Provide The Following Services: Clearing, Bush-Cutting, Ecological Restoration And Renaturation Of The Areas Concerned, Including The Preservation Of Existing Natural Habitats, The Creation And Restoration Of Habitats Favorable To Biodiversity, The Management Of Invasive Exotic Species, The Restoration Of Soils, As Well As The Implementation Of Pollution Prevention Measures. Single-Award Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders With A Minimum Amount Of €50,000 Excluding Tax And A Maximum Of €350,000 Excluding Tax.
