The Subject Of This Public Order Is The Supply And Installation Of Photovoltaic Power Plant Systems On Buildings Owned By The City Of Jevišovice, In The Form Of Design & Build, Including Training Of Responsible Employees Of The Contracting Authority. The Basic Documents For The Processing Of The Offer Are The Technical Documents And The Energy Report, Which Are Part Of Annex No. 8 Of This Call. The Performance Also Includes All Activities, Work And Supplies That Are Not Explicitly Stated, But Are Necessary For The Proper Completion, Functionality And Operability Of The Work, Including Ensuring The First Parallel Connection Of Ppp To The Distribution Network And Meeting All The Requirements Of The Relevant Distributor. The Public Contract Is Awarded In Accordance With § 89 Paragraph 1 Letter A) Zzvz, Where The Contracting Authority Sets The Technical Conditions Through Parameters Expressing Requirements For Performance And Function. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply And Installation Of: - Pv Plant On The Roof Of The Building Of The Municipal Office In Jevišovice, No. 56 – Installation Of A Photovoltaic System With A Nominal Output Of 9.84 Kwp With Battery Storage With A Capacity Of 17.4 Kwh. It Is A Photovoltaic System, Where The Produced Electricity Energy Is Processed By The Producer At The Given Point Of Consumption, And Excess Electricity Energy Is Supplied To The Distribution Network. However, Any Surpluses Will Be Used As A Priority For Hot Water Heating. - Fve On The Roof Of The Building Of The Fire Station Of The Volunteer Firemen In Jevišovice, No. 417 – Installation Of A Photovoltaic System With A Nominal Output Of 9.84 Kwp With Battery Storage With A Capacity Of 17.4 Kwh. It Is A Photovoltaic System, Where The Produced Electricity Energy Is Processed By The Producer At The Given Point Of Consumption, And Excess Electricity Energy Is Supplied To The Distribution Network. - Fve On The Roof Of The Elementary School And Kindergarten Gym Building In Jevišovice, No. 34 – Installation Of A Photovoltaic System With A Nominal Output Of 29.52 Kwp With Battery Storage With A Capacity Of 34.8 Kwh. It Is A Photovoltaic System, Where The Produced Electricity Energy Is Processed By The Producer At The Given Point Of Consumption, And Excess Electricity Energy Is Supplied To The Distribution Network. The Contracting Authority Assumes That The Public Order Will Be Co-Financed From The Program New Renewable Sources In Energy (Res+) Financed From The Modernization Fund, Within The Call Modf - Res+ No. 3/2022 - Modf-Res2-Fv_3 For Submitting Requests For Support From The Modernization Fund. The Technical Solution Listed In The Technical Specification Is Only A Proposed Solution. The Client Does Not Prescribe A Specific Technical Solution For The Work. However, The Supplier Must Comply With The Conditions Set Out In The Energy Assessment And Set By The Subsidy Provider, Set Out In The Call Modf – Res+ No. 3/2022 - Modf-Res2-Fv_3 For The Submission Of Applications For The Provision Of Support From The Modernization Fund, Namely In Point 12.2 Specific Acceptance Criteria. Modf – Res+ Call No. 3/2022 Is Part Of Annex No. 8 Of The Call For Tenders. Part Of The Scope Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Realized In The Form Of Design & Build Is In Particular The Processing Of The Implementation Project Documentation, The Delivery And Installation Of The Pv Plant, Including All Related Activities Necessary For Its Proper Completion, Handover, Acceptance And Connection To The Distribution System. The Performance Of The Public Order Also Includes Related Engineering Activities And Ensuring The Authors Supervision Of The Designer.
